  Carefully place the item in its original presentation box and include all diamond grading certificates, warranty cards, and protective packaging.

  Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
